For patients who are unable to transport themselves to a rehabilitation facility, we come to them! Patients receive direct, one-to-one, contact with their Physical Therapist from initial evaluation to discharge. And there is NO additional charge or qualifying criteria to receive mobile, in-home physical therapy!
