Hello Coach Elam,
I am a former Iolani student (08) and will soon be graduating (May 20120 from Concordia University Irvine majoring in Athletic training. After talking with Coach Look , my brothers (Travis 02, and Shawn 04) and Greg Andrasick about my need to find an internship upon graduation. My ultimate goal is to attend PT School but need to get some internship hours under my belt.
I was wondering if you offer any type of internships. I would really love to talk with you personally and share with you my interests. The Iolani Ohana has been great in providing mentor recommendations and I would definitely love to me you to get any advice you can offer me.

Just checking back to see if you received an e-mail from me regarding your request. We would love to have you come observe and learn about our profession. We currently have two students from the University of Toledo (Ohio) doing their outpatient affiliations with us in our Aiea and Kapolei clinics. We also have students scheduled to be here when you may be back on island — they are actually a great resource to find out what PT school is like and get a personal take on the process of applying, etc.
