What we aren’t… is a commercial style anytime gym. What we are… is a martial art school, dance school, and workout facility all under one roof. Why this will benefit you… is because our students have the unique opportunity to cross train. Our mission is to assist each ATLETIKA student in reaching his or her full physical potential through the use of proper movement education. ATLETIKA is an exclusive movement education facility. We provide instruction in sports and personal training, dance and martial arts through one-on-one or class sessions. Our class sizes are kept small to provide more personalized attention. We encourage you to enroll online or give us a call to secure your spot in a class or for one-on-one sessions.
